En EssilorLuxottica México, buscamos un/a FP&A Specialist para NOCCA con visión analítica robusta, pensamiento estratégico y experiencia consolidada liderando iniciativas financieras de alto impacto.¿Qué harás en este rol?Analizarás información financiera clave para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas a nivel regional.Liderarás procesos de planeación, proyecciones, presupuestos y control financiero.Evaluarás y gestionarás riesgos financieros y crediticios, asegurando prácticas sólidas alineadas a la estrategia global.Colaborarás transversalmente con equipos de distintos países para estandarizar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia.Serás un referente en indicadores financieros, desempeño del negocio y mejora continua.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Experiencia sólida en gestión financiera y de crédito.Más de 10 años en Planeación Financiera, Controlling y Crédito.Experiencia comprobada en gestión de riesgo de crédito.Capacidad de liderazgo regional e influencia transversal.Conocimiento profundo de indicadores financieros, análisis de riesgo y métricas de desempeño.Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y enfoque en estandarización de procesos.Alta orientación a resultados y criterio estratégico.Postúlate y sé parte de una compañía global que cambia la manera de ver el mundo.
