In this role, you will design, develop, and executeperformance testing strategiesto guarantee scalability, reliability, and responsiveness acrossweb, mobile, API, and backend platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implementperformance test strategiesfor multiple platforms.Develop and maintaintest scriptsusing tools likeGatling, JMeter, or K6.Executeload, stress, endurance, and scalability testsviaAzure DevOps Pipelines.Simulateproduction-like conditionsfor accurate insights.Analyze results, identifybottlenecks, and propose improvements.Collaborate withdevelopers, DevOps, and QA teamsto resolve performance issues.Monitor performance usingAPM tools(New Relic, Splunk, Grafana).Providedetailed reports and recommendations.Supportcontinuous performance testingin CI/CD pipelines.Main Technical SkillsProgramming knowledge inGolang, C#, Python, Powershell, Scala, Java, or JavaScript.Strong understanding ofSQL/NoSQL performance.Experience withAzure cloud platforms.Familiarity withCI/CD automation.Expertise inperformance toolslike Gatling, JMeter, or K6.What We're Looking ForAdvanced conversational English(mandatory).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in aremote environment.Passion forperformance optimizationand continuous improvement.Location:Remote (Mexico)Language Requirement:English –Advanced conversational levelis a must.Tools & Tech:Gatling, JMeter, K6, Azure DevOps, APM tools (New Relic, Splunk, Grafana).Ready to make an impact?
