As the senior-most post-sales advisor, you will partner with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive retention, growth, and long-term success.Success Architects play a pivotal role in supporting our client's most critical customers. You will provide expert guidance on solution design, scalability, and best practices, while proactively identifying risks and recommending improvements to maintain technical health.
