S. customer portfolio.This is a strategic role, key to driving commercial results, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence.️Main ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists.Ensure achievement of retention and upsell targets.Manage team performance, talent development, and growth.Implement sales enablement tools and processes, including accurate forecasting.Guide renewal and upsell negotiations in partnership with Account Executives.Facilitate customer conversations that communicate the value of our solutions.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree.•Fluent English (must).5+ years managing teams supporting a U. S.-based book of business.Strong experience in retention, upsell, and service renewal.Proven experience leading professional teams and developing talent.Advanced conflict resolution and decision-making skills.Ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex situations.Strong leadership skills to direct work and ensure high-quality deliverables.
