As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our business operations in the Latin America Region, based in Mexico. Lead the Diagnostic & Life Sciences sales organizations, focusing on revenue growth to achieve business and financial objectives.Holdcountry-level commercial ownership, including strategy development and execution across all commercial functions within Latin America (excluding Brazil).Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business decisions and strategic planning.Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in the LATAM market.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the LATAM market.Proven experience ascommercial directoror other relevant role in the medical devices industry.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.Understanding of Medical devices market.Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processesWho We Are:For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
