Customer Success ArchitectLocation:Mexico City (Hybrid)About the RoleWe are looking for aSuccess Architectto lead strategic client value realization for our top enterprise customers across North America and globally. As the senior-most post-sales advisor, you will partner with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive retention, growth, and long-term success.Success Architects play a pivotal role in supporting our client's most critical customers. You will provide expert guidance on solution design, scalability, and best practices, while proactively identifying risks and recommending improvements to maintain technical health. Your insights will empower customers to plan, develop, and evolve their implementations—aligning technology with business goals.What You'll DoDriveGross Revenue Retention (GRR)for enterprise accounts.Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure executive alignment, adoption, and renewals.Assess implementations and deliver recommendations on architecture, solution design, lifecycle management, and feature adoption.Act as atechnical SME, offering proactive and reactive guidance on architecture, technology strategy, and best practices.Simplify complex concepts for technical and executive audiences.Identify gaps and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions.Represent thevoice of the customerto influence the product roadmap.Provide thought leadership in events and client forums.Stay ahead of trends inAI and media intelligence, connecting insights to business outcomes.Manage multiple client programs with strong prioritization.What You'll Bring6+ yearsin enterprise account management, consulting, or Saa S customer success.Familiarity withAPIs, integrations, data structuring, and data architecture.Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.Deep understanding of consumer & media intelligence and interest in AI.Experience withC‐level stakeholders(marketing, communications, PR).Strong knowledge ofenterprise Saa S value drivers.Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.Comfortable in matrixed global environments.Excellent English (written and verbal).Why Join Us?You'll shape the strategic direction of our client's most valuable customer relationships across a fast‐growing region—a career‐defining role for someone who thrives on ownership and impact.What We OfferSalary range: 70-85k MXN gross monthly.Major medical insurance + grocery vouchers + savings fund + law benefits.Calm Appsubscription for you and your loved ones.Energetic, hybrid work environment.Inclusive community with ongoing professional development.
