We're looking for a Head of Sales to own and build our LatAm market from the ground up. You're joining an early-stage disruptor leading the massive inflection to stablecoin and on-chain banking in an exciting growth region. This isn't a traditional sales management role—you'll be our first dedicated sales leader in the region, which means you'll wear every hat from hunter to closer to strategist. You'll own the entire sales motion: identifying opportunities, building pipelines, running discovery calls, delivering compelling demos, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth handoffs to onboarding—and then scaling a team accordingly. Full-Cycle Sales ExecutionOwn the complete sales cycle from first contact to signed customerBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunitiesBuild market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and local dynamicsTest and iterate on outreach approaches to find what worksBuild and maintain accurate sales forecastsTrack metrics that matter: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle lengthIdentify bottlenecks in the sales process and optimize continuouslyCultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencersRepresent Limited at regional events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesBy the end of Year 1, you'll have established market presence, signed your first enterprise customers, and proven the business model for regional expansion:Short sales cycles driven by deep customer understanding and crisp positioningYou've built the playbook that enables future sales team expansion- Sales Hunter• Deep understanding of fintech products, especially payments, banking, or remittancesUnderstanding of regional economic challenges like inflation, currency volatility, and cross-border frictionNetwork of contacts or experience selling in multiple LatAm countriesBilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus—you can connect authentically with customers in their languageData-Driven CloserUse data to optimize your approach and forecast accuratelyDisciplined about CRM hygiene and documentation5+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial servicesProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeBilingual: Native or fluent SpanishExperience selling cross-border payments, remittance, or banking solutions in LatAmExisting network of decision-makers in target industries across the regionExperience building sales processes and playbooks from scratchBackground working with startups or high-growth fintech companiesCompetitive salary + commission structure that rewards your performanceFully remote with flexibility to work when and where you're most productiveOpportunity to build the sales function for a fast-growing regionLimited is reimagining global banking for a borderless world.
