S. A.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at building relationships, and bring both technical and cross-industry recruiting expertise, we want you on our team. This is an on-site position in Monterrey, where you'll join a high-energy team redefining cross-border staffing.What You'll DoLead the full recruitment cycle for IT positions and non-IT roles across industries.Develop sourcing strategies using hiring tools, job boards, referrals, and your own network.Partner with account managers to deliver talent solutions aligned with business needs.Drive interview coordination and feedback loops, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Maintain ATS and reporting tools with precision, providing clear visibility into pipelines.Collaborate with internal teams to set priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.What You Bring5+ years of IT recruiting experience.Proven success hiring for U. S.-based positions.Knowledge of U. S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2 C).Fluent English (written & spoken).Expertise with Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, ATS platforms.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.A proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience in a staffing agency or U.
