Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2024 totaled $13.7 billion.Production Support L2Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Flexcube module and be proficient in PL/SQL and Unix. Additionally, familiarity with ITRS monitoring tools and Autosys is required.The candidate should be adept at responding to business queries and resolving issues.They must also be capable of monitoring using the relevant tools and resolving any issues that arise. Lastly, it's essential that they monitor tickets and resolve them within the stipulated SLA's. Qualifications1) Flexcube application and production support knowledge2) Understanding of different modules like CASA,FT,LD,IC, ETC3) Flexcube tables understanding for different Flexcube modules4) EOD Cycle knowledge with different stages of EOD5) Understanding of different interfaces and partner systems6) SWIFT messaging flow and understanding of different MT types(MT103/MT202)7) SQL --> hands on with Insert/update/delete/select statement8) UNIX--> Knowledge of basic Unix commands and understanding of file editing9) Basic understanding of ITRS monitoring tool.10) Basic understanding of AutoSys monitoring.Work Modality:Hybrid, CDMX.We offer:Life insurance.Major Medical Expenses InsuranceMinor Medical Expense Insurance.Savings FundFood vouchers30 days' Xmas bonus12 days of vacation in the first year.
