Si te apasiona vender, moverte, conocer gente y lograr resultados, aquí puedes despegar tu carrera.ResponsabilidadesAtender y dar seguimiento profesional y con energía a prospectos y clientes, tanto en persona como por teléfono, Whats App e email.Realizar ventas consultivas entendiendo necesidades y proponiendo soluciones claras y de alto valor.Generar confianza y construir relaciones a largo plazo con clientes residenciales, empresas y administradores de propiedades.Gestionar el proceso de venta completo: presentación, negociación, cierre y entrega.Mantener actualizada la información en CRM / base de datos.Apoyar en actividades de marketing, eventos y demostraciones con actitud proactiva.Representar a la empresa con profesionalismo, respeto, buena vibra y valores sólidos.RequisitosEspañol e inglés avanzados (oral y escrito, indispensable).Experiencia previa en ventas o atención al cliente (mínimo 1–2 años).Energía alta, iniciativa, excelente comunicación y actitud positiva.Persona proactiva, responsable y orientada a resultados.Disponibilidad para trasladarse dentro de Los Cabos para visitas y demostraciones.Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (Whats App Business, correo, CRM, etc.).
