Job ProfileThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for European customers, providing end-to-end customer support for sensor products. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction while coordinating closely with sales, production, logistics, and quality teams.This position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work across time zones to support European business hours.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience supporting international customers, preferably in EuropeFluent English (mandatory)Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Familiarity with export processes and Incoterms is a plusKey CompetenciesStrong customer focus and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracyCross-cultural awareness and teamworkWillingness to work adjusted schedules to support European time zonesBased in Mexico with alignment to European business hoursOffice and hybrid work environmentInteraction with international customers and cross-functional teams
