The role involves managing sales processes, achieving end-to-end sales objectives, engaging with leads and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This position requires strong organizational skills, administrative acumen, resilience, autonomy and a customer-focused mindsetResponsibilities· Conduct high volumes of outbound cold (80%) and warm (20%) calls daily to generate new leads, qualify prospects and sals.· Proactively source and identify potential customers through online research, business directories, and inbound lead follow-ups· Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by nurturing relationships and scheduling follow-up calls· Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches effectively· Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM systems for effective account management· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets· Perform effective virtual product demos or presentations to engage prospects and showcase solutions· Coordinate with the field sales team to route qualified leads for further development and closure· Ensure compliance with company policies, including finance, legal, and sales proceduresSkills and Requirements· Advanced level English language skills is a mut.· Highly resilient and persistent attitud· Strong verbal and written communication abilitie· Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a tam· Experience with MS Office tools· Additional other language knowledge is an advantagePerks and Benefits· Privately held global business with strong people focu· Supportive and developmental environmen· Competitive salary and quarterly performance bonu
