This role provides an opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams and influence the direction of the Business Unit.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead transformational initiatives aligned with the T&M strategy, ensuring measurable business impact.Manage cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, utilizing standard project management tools and best practices, including detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies.Develop actionable deliverables, such as decision logs, risk assessments, communication strategies, and performance metrics.Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing senior leadership and driving alignment.Apply analytical thinking to solve complex challenges and optimize business processes.Utilize project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies to deliver sustainable results.Establish policy and business rules that drive global efficiency while addressing regional needs.Develop and execute change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption and integration.Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.Identify and address barriers to change, implementing solutions that drive adoption and success.Optimally communicate to all levels – from senior management to individual contributors.Who You Are:You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You build driven and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action.For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.5-7 years of experience in business project management.3-5 years of experience in change management.Advanced English level to ensure excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
