These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing.About the RoleWe are looking for aTechnical Program Managerto lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within apayments and financial services environment. You will partner closely with engineering, product, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable payment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and driveend-to-end deliveryof technical programs across multiple teams.Partner withEngineering, Product, Architecture, Risk, and Complianceto align technical execution with business goals.Manageroadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestonesfor large-scale initiatives.Translatebusiness and regulatory requirementsinto clear technical execution plans.Driveprogram governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication at multiple levels.Identify and proactively resolvedelivery risks, technical bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies.Support continuous improvement ofdelivery processes, tooling, and execution standards.Ensure programs meetsecurity, compliance, and quality standardstypical of the payments industry.Required Qualifications5+ years of experiencein Program Management, Technical Project Management, or TPM roles.Strong experience working withengineering teamsin agile / scaled agile environments.Background inpayments, fintech, financial services, or regulated environments.Solid understanding ofsoftware development lifecycles, APIs, cloud-based systems, and distributed architectures.Experience managinglarge, complex, cross-functional programs.Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.Ability to balancetechnical depth with business context.FluentEnglish(written and spoken); Spanish required.Nice to HaveExperience withpayment platforms, card networks, gateways, or transaction processing systems.Familiarity withcompliance and regulatory frameworks(PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).Experience working withglobal or nearshore teams.Exposure tocloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP).Technical background in engineering or systems architecture.
