Role SummaryThe Lead Technical Program Manager will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on platform modernization, service integration, and enhancing the employee experience. The role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology programs.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and accountability for large-scale, multi-workstream projects ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, facilitating collaboration, managing dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks and roadblocks.Partner with product management, developers, and stakeholders to identify data and functional requirements for new or enhanced systems.Define and deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to guide design, development, testing, and implementation.Manage project lifecycle activities including design, testing, deployment, and change management.Coordinate and participate in reviews, revisions, testing, documentation, and communication of product enhancements and new business opportunities.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including user testing and stakeholder communication.Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication—providing regular updates, leading reviews, and ensuring transparent reporting of progress and outcomes.Prepare and deliver documentation, business and technical presentations, and product demos to cross-functional teams.Desired Competencies: -Must Have – Technical Competencies:Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs within an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of platform modernization, systems integration, and scalable technology environments.Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and structured delivery plans.Hands-on experience working with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.Strong background in Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.Must Have – Behavioral CompetenciesExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.Proactive approach to problem-solving, risk identification, and mitigation.High degree of ownership, accountability, and comfort working through ambiguity.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.About Tata Consultancy Services :Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) is a digital transformation and technology partner of choice for industry-leading organizations worldwide.
