About the RoleWe're seeking ahigh-performing COOwith deep operational experience inside apersonal injury law firm. You will act as thesecond-in-command to the CEOand run the daily operations of a multi-department law firm with 200+ staff, 19 departments, and aggressive growth goals. Direct, lead, and optimize daily operations acrossIntake, Case Management, Pre-Lit, Lit, Medical Records, Negotiations, Investigations, andClient Experience.EnsureKPI tracking, data visibility, and accountability in each department.Lead Docket, Filevine, Ring Central, Call Rail, G Suite).People Management & Performance:Hire, onboard, and coach department leads and hold them toperformance-based metrics.Establishstructured onboarding, cross-training, and succession planning systems.Leadmedical provider negotiations, lien reductions, and ensure client medical management is cost-effective and streamlined.Build dashboards inLooker Studio, track progress against KPIs, and support CEO in decision-making.CEO involvement in ops reduced by 75%7+ years as COO or Director of Operations in apersonal injury law firmDeep knowledge ofintakes, CM, litigation, medical records, investigationsPrior ownership of law firm P&L, budgeting, and staffing plansSkilled inmedical negotiations, lien reductions, and cost controlStrong technical understanding oflaw firm tech stacks(Filevine, Lead Docket, G Suite, Ring Central, etc.)Google Workspace, Asana, Zapier, Looker StudioOperates with
