Job title:
Import Export COO Specialist

Overview:
Keep rigorous and accurate records of the unloading of temporarily imported goods, ensuring the entry, use in the production process, and exit or return of such goods in order to comply with the customs obligations of the IMMEX program.

What you will do;

  • BOM management
  • SKU# with different countries of origin management
  • Manage broker inventory
  • Invoice downloads (making manual changes to each export to affect the correct country)

What we need from you;

The Ideal candidate must have basic loyal values as well as respect, responsibility, compromise, honesty, integrity and discipline.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, in International Business & Customs or related
  • Intermediate-Advance knowledge of Office tools
  • 1 + years of experience in related field, 2 years of experience may be accepted with proved experience.

Skill and Abilities:

  • English speaker
  • High focus in his/her activities
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Must possess harmony dealing with team members and determinations to affront eventualities during the process
  • Well stress management resolution
  • Excellent disposition
