About the RoleReady to take ownership of complex searches and partner directly with U.S.-based leaders?At HKINEX, our Executive Recruiters support U.S. companies across multiple industries by running high-quality, end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is for recruiters who like to move fast, think strategically, and stay hands-on.You'll lead omnichannel headhunting through direct calls, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach, while working closely with executives in a high-performance, results-driven environment. You'll own your searches, build strong pipelines, and play an active role in delivering talent that makes a real business impact.Why You'll Love Working HereDirect exposure to U.S. executives and hiring leadersOwnership over searches, not just task-based recruitingRemote, full-time stability with clear expectationsA performance-focused environment that values execution and qualityRoom to grow your scope as you consistently deliver resultsCollaborative team culture without micromanagementWhat You'll Be DoingPartner with U.S. client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates for active requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal)Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and targeted sourcing strategiesConduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, interest, and overall fitCoordinate interviews between candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth schedulingMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and internal databasesContinuously explore new sourcing approaches to reach diverse and high-quality talent poolsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing searchesConduct candidate interviews and provide clear, structured feedbackCreate, edit, and post job descriptions tailored to U.S. market requirementsSupport recruiting operations through timely documentation and follow-upsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of recruiting experience including hands-on experience recruiting U.S.-based candidates (agency or corporate)Strong English communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing toolsWilling to work graveyard or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (weekends off)Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at onceReady to Apply?If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys proactive sourcing, direct candidate engagement, and working closely with executives, we'd love to hear from you.At HKINEX, recruiting isn't one-size-fits-all.
