You will drive new business opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and expand our presence in the region. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with hands-on execution, requiring a strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of the K–12 education ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in LATAM by analyzing market trends, partner needs, and competitive dynamicsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, K–12 schools, distributors, and agents; negotiate and close major dealsOversee and coach the regional team, ensuring performance and alignment with strategic goalsCollaborate with senior leadership to set quarterly and annual sales targetsMaintain CRM accuracy for pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingPartner with product, marketing, operations, registration, and academic teams to improve offerings and align strategiesVisit partner schools and regional stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and program successMonitor competitor activity and market conditions, adjusting strategies as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related rolesExclusive experience selling to K–12 schools or similar educational institutions in LATAMNative or fluent English and professional fluency in SpanishProven leadership and team management experience in cross-functional, remote environmentsStrong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skillsProficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales forecastingAbility to manage budgets and report effectively to executive leadershipTools / Technical SkillsCRM systems (Salesforce or similar)Microsoft Office SuiteProject/task management toolsSoft Skills / Work StyleStrategic thinker with hunter mentalityStrong commercial acumen and regional credibilityProactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptableComfortable working with multiple stakeholders in evolving environmentsResults-driven, accountable, and detail-orientedJoin UsIf you're a growth-focused leader withdeep K–12 experience in LATAM, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while leading a regional team.
