The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Sales, Supply Chain and Quality groups, responsible for:Processes orders and provides account management for established customers including delivery negotiation, expediting and order status communication within an industry and geographical locationAnswers phone / email inquiries received from customersProvides inside support to external sales teamHandles credit and collections communication with customer as required with support of Channel Credit AnalystPerform other duties/projects as assignedWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou will bring Customer's satisfaction with well demonstrated success in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
