In this role the candidate will be responsible for providing support via phone call and email to customer employees for any payroll related issues. Previous experience working in customer service and strong communication skills/soft skills are essential to succeed in this role. Please note must be available between working hours of 8 am to 8 pm EST for 8 hour shifts.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
