Experience optimizing "selling time" and driving high-performance behaviors.Sales Management:Mastery of revenue forecasting and pipeline management. Ability to identify and fix pipeline bottlenecks using key commercial metrics.Expert at using customer insights to scope briefs, deliver high-value projects, and achieve client objectives.Proficient in data interpretation, Category Management, and assortment analytics.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Language:Fluent EnglishRevenue Growth & New Business:Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying and landing new CPG opportunities through a proactive, insight-driven commercial plan.Ensure all sales activities are internally consistent and perfectly aligned with global corporate strategy and leadership behaviors.Pipeline & Forecast Management:Maintain high forecast reliability and pipeline health by tracking key metrics and optimizing effective selling time for the team.Build and maintain trusted relationships at senior levels, acting as a strategic consultant to achieve both client and company objectives.
