Join our family and build a career you're proud ofAbout The RoleAs Central America – Hire to Retire leader, you will belong to the largest HR Shared Services in a private company as Walmart 230,000 employees in the region. You will manage Personnel Administration and system transactions efforts to handle remote services for five countries such as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador y Nicaragua. The position will be based on Mexico City, will lead transactional efforts for up to 35,000 associates and leading roughly 15+ resources. Furthermore, will manage strategic partnerships with People (Human Resources) team acting as strategic liaison for service delivery. This role requires HR Expertise. Preferred SAP Success Factor or HR-ERPs knowledge, not mandatory.What you'll do- Deliver through his team HR Delivery Services such as Hirings, Organizational Changes, Data Changes, Movements, and Terminations.Coordinate team efforts and run tactics to serve as best in class Shared Services prioritizing, High Quality, exceptional Service Standards, Speedness and scalability to bring operational results.Prepare operational KPIs and SLIs (Service Level Indicators) build up service delivery dashboards, to send important information to the People Heads (HR leads) in CR, GT, SV, NI, HN.Scope of work is for all Walmart business units such as Stores, Supply Chain, Recycled Centers, and Home Office associates.Work with People Business Partners to drive seasonal delivery during Walmart retail consuming sales picks from October to January.Connect effectively within Co Es and People PBPs and Operations (HR) to support on strategic HR projects acting as trusted partner.Communicate within CAM countries and Mexico People Managers operational results using Power BI, Tableau or any other data base driven platform.Work together with Innovation team, Information & Technology team looking new ways to simplify process, boosting t technology, and foresee best way to transact more than 400,000 services annually.Promote an agile way of work adopting Walmart culture using Kanban, Syncs, Weeklys, Huddles, etc, to advance quickly to achieve targeted results.What you'll bring- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably oriented to processes and systems HRIT (Human Resources Information & Technology) and or Personnel Administration virtually and digital service delivery activities.Experience as People Leader or Jr Manager handling local or international teams.Fluent English.Solid experience in multinational companies in diverse industries preferably a mix of in-house Corporate (Retail industry not required, but a plus)Solid leadership capabilities, and competencies such as negotiating, ability to lead through change ; ambiguity, drive for results.Microsoft Office, Power BI knowledge.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
