You'll own the full sales cycle – from discovery to demo to follow-up to close.This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role. Clear communication, confidence on calls, and a love for closing deals are critical.Your Biggest Priorities Are:Run discovery and demo calls with inbound leads and warm prospectsFollow up and close new clients consistentlyQualify leads and manage a tight pipeline to hit monthly targetsCollaborate with marketing and CS teams to ensure smooth handoff post-saleRequirementsExperience closing high-ticket or B2B service ($1k+)Native-level English speaking & written skillsStrong objection handling and discovery skillsTrack record of hitting quota in a sales roleRemote-ready setup: webcam, mic, fast WiFi, quiet spaceAvailable Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm PSTBonus if you've worked at:Growth marketing agencyA high-performance startup or GTM consultancyRole ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle: discovery → close (1 call)Follow up with warm leads and no-shows using your own CRM processRun weekly pipeline reviews and forecast upcoming dealsWork closely with client success for smooth onboarding post-saleSuggest improvements to sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategyStay sharp on Agency Workplaces' offer, client results, and positioningDay-To-Day TasksRun sales calls (Google Meet) with qualified leadsReply to DMs, emails, and inbound interestSend proposals and recap emails after demosLog notes in our CRM (we keep it simple)Review sales metrics and improve close ratesShare ideas with the GTM team on messaging & positioningRecruitment ProcessIntro Interview – 30 MinutesStrategy Interview – 30 MinutesFinal Alignment Call – 30 Minute
