Account Executive Empresa de Tecnología de Talento Humano Buscamos un Account Executive para nuestra empresa de tecnología en México. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en ventas y gestión de cuentas, con habilidades para construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes. Responsabilidades Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave. Identificar oportunidades de negocio. Elaborar propuestas comerciales. Negociar contratos y cerrar ventas. Requisitos Experiencia en ventas y gestión de cuentas. B2B de minimo 3 años. Experiencia vendiendo servicios de talento humano como selección, evaluación, consultoría o tecnología pero con enfoque en RRHH. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo. Conocimiento del mercado local y tendencias. Experiencia en prospección de cliente corporativos de preferencia cartera y contactos de RRHH será considerado un super plus para la propuesta de compensación. Beneficios Salario competitivo.
