We are looking for aPresales Manager with a strong background in telecom engineering and fluency in both English and Spanish. GMS is the AI-driven communications solutions partner for Mobile Network Operators and Enterprises globally. Our vision is to become the leading creator of value in the communication world. Together with our clients, we identify growth opportunities and co-create secure, engaging AI-driven communications solutions that build trust between brands and their audiences, enabling next-generation customer experiences. Proven work experience in the telecommunications industry, with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, or voice firewalls.Fluent English and Fluent Spanish are required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.Strong knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, CAMEL, CAMARA protocols.Experience with Unix-based operating systems is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Power BI.Ability to support projects across different time zones.
