Andares ZoneKey ResponsibilitiesProvidehardware, software, and network problem diagnosis and resolutionvia phone, email, chat, and remote desktop support.Respond to and managetickets, calls, and instant messages, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure.Route and escalate issues tointernal Level 2 and Level 3 support teamsas required.Coordinate and manage relationships withexternal vendors and service providersfor problem resolution.Administeruser access provisioning and account managementactivities.Use theIncident Management Systemto log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.Perform detailed troubleshooting, includinglog analysis, root cause investigation, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.ProvideLevel 1 remote desktop supportin accordance with established SOPs.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate support specialists.Support theevaluation, installation, configuration, and setup of PC-based applications, including:Word processorsSpreadsheetsPresentation toolsEmail and communication systemsDatabase management systemsTroubleshootclient software and basic network connectivity issues.Identify, analyze, prioritize, and managecustomer problems and complaints.Conductlimited end-user trainingand assist with the creation of training materials or procedures.Participate inongoing training and departmental development activities.Performroutine maintenance updatesin collaboration with IT teams and business units.Develop and maintaindocumentation, including standards, configurations, process flows, and diagrams.Ensureknowledge transfer and documentation of End User Computing (EUC) operations.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience inIT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical SupportrolesStrong troubleshooting skills acrosshardware, software, and basic networkingFamiliarity withIncident Management / ITSM toolsExcellentcommunication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in afast-paced environmentExperience supportingWindows-based systems and common enterprise applicationsNice to HaveExperience working withvendors and third-party support providersITIL knowledge or certificationExposure toenterprise IT environmentsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented IT environmentExposure to diverse technologies and business teamsContinuous learning and development opportunities
