Maintenance Manager 

Location: Monterrey, MX 

Your Job: 

As a Maintenance Manager at Koch Engineered Solutions, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing maintenance and facility operations at our new start-up facility in Monterrey. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the overall productivity of the site.

What You Will Do: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs utilizing the global EAM system to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities. 
  • Oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of all plant equipment, tooling and systems. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to support the facility's operational objectives. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities. 
  • Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Manage spendings for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions. 
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment reliability.  
  • Stay informed about the latest maintenance technologies and best practices, implementing relevant advancements when appropriate. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with equipment and service vendors to support plant equipment. 

 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications): 

  • Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. 
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools. 
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. 
  • Valid VISA and Passport. 
  • Availability to travel.
