AIG Travel is a provider of travel insurance plans and assistance services covering travelers worldwide through each of the 7 centers we operate in across the globe. From our service center based in Houston, Texas we provide support to Multinational policy holders from hundreds of Fortune 500 and 100 companies, along with Leisure policy holders through partner agreements.

About the role
What you need to know:
The Operations Calibration Manager is part of the Implementation team, supporting the North American Assistance centers in Houston and Mexico City to ensure the quality of work for both claims and assistance teams. The Implementation team is responsible for functions such as training, access provisioning, management reporting, quality control audits, complaints review, implementation of new accounts, as well as improvement of processes.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end quality assurance and control program for AIG Travel Americas, to include performing regular audit of calls and cases, identifying shortcoming per the calibrated call and case auditing forms. The Calibration Manager develops feedback processes that help shape the operation, analysis that identifies root causes on complaints and process improvement that supports Operations Leadership in the region. Additionally, you will support with the onboarding of new team members, requesting access and equipment. You will work closely with the Operations Implementation Manager, as well as Team and Department Leadership. Other projects or responsibilities may be assigned, as per the needs of the team and your ability to take on more tasks.

The ideal Operations Calibration Manager will be high energy, self-driven, fast-paced with a positive outlook, very well organized and excellent at time management.
- Experience in one of the following industries: Insurance, Travel, Call Center. (optional)
- Flexible hours, adaptive, and time availability on short notice. (required)
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation (required)
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer software: Office package: Outlook, Word, with Advanced knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint. (required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (preferred)
- Ability to analyze data, determines root cause and presents findings clearly (required)
- Ability to handle an increasingly high volume of work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (required)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders towards common, calibrated goals
- Ability to manage and communicate priorities across multiple teams
- Must have masterly level proficiency in English
- Must have experience with MS Office, MS SharePoint, O365
- Desired PC Skills: Advanced Excel; Power BI; SQL; Note additional like applications
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
