Responsibilities

Your Impact

As Analytics Sr. Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

Lead and manage the coordination team, overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of projects and initiatives. Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and cross-functional teams to develop efficient workflows and processes. Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems and tools for tracking, monitoring, and managing project deliverables. Implement best practices for documentation, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency and compliance. Develop and maintain automated processes for project tracking, evaluation, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management software. Work closely with IT and operations teams to ensure the proper integration of project management solutions with existing systems and workflows. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect project risks, delays, and resource bottlenecks. Collaborate with the data and analytics team to ensure efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting for project performance metrics. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in project management, and drive the adoption of new techniques to improve efficiency and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the coordination team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate and present project-related findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner. Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Key skills/ experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field. Experience in developing analytical models and working with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Advanced English Power BI Knowledge on Azure Data Brick anda Azure Devops Desirable

Competencies required:

Data Support and Insight Generation:

Assist in gathering and analyzing first-party data (1PD) and ecommerce data. Help identify trends and generate basic insights to support decision-making.

Dashboard Assistance:

Support the development and updating of descriptive and predictive dashboards. Ensure data visualizations are clear and informative for team use.

Cross-functional Team Collaboration:

Provide support in communicating with teams from Revenue, IT, Sustainability, GBS, and Analytics. Assist in coordinating meetings and documenting key actions and follow-ups.

AI and ML Support:

Aid in the implementation and monitoring of AI and ML models. Assist in tracking model performance and suggesting basic adjustments.

Marketing Strategy Assistance:

Help in the preparation of materials and data to inform marketing strategies. Support the execution of communication plans within various food and beverage categories.

Learning and Development:

Actively participate in learning opportunities to understand the latest trends and tools in data analytics, AI, and ML. Engage in training sessions to build your skills and knowledge base.
