Buscamos una persona con el objetivo de generar, actualizar y mantener los procesos inventarios dentro de planta Lerma “Almacén – Make”, garantizado un seguimiento preciso y puntual en las existencias físicas de los materiales vs sistema en las diferentes categorías entonces este rol es sólo para ti

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Llevar a cabo inventarios cíclicos en áreas productivas Generación de procedimientos para inventarios Almacén - Manufactura Seguimiento a diferencias de inventario (Revisión de traspasos almacén – manufactura) Revisión y tratamiento de COGIS por día revisando causa raíz Validación de consumos de materiales en ordenes de producción de acuerdo con BOM Ajustes de inventario en sistema a ordenes de producción Asegurar el drenado en planta de los materiales a salir por cambios en proyectos de innovaciones y/o simplificaciones. Investigaciones de waste por diferencias de inventario Confirmar el cumplimiento de las actividades a ejecutar en los planes de acción de los proyectos kaizen de Waste en planta.

Experiencia

Haber trabajado en industria alimenticia BPM´s Carrera profesional con enfoque a temas logísticos, Experiencia mínima de un año en áreas de logística y/o almacén de materiales Control de inventarios cíclicos Conocimiento en seguridad de almacenes Conocimiento en sistema SAP, WMS
