Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the company in the development and implementation of safety and environmental objectives.Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as the protection of the environment.Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve corporate safety and environmental objectives.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations and standards.Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety and environmental best practices.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety and environmental risks within the organization.Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of safety and environmental protection.

Descripción del puesto:
Como Director de Salud, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Calidad, será responsable de dirigir nuestra organización en el desarrollo y aplicación de políticas y prácticas que garanticen la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros empleados, así como la protección de nuestro medio ambiente. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con la alta dirección para establecer y alcanzar los objetivos corporativos de seguridad y medio ambiente, y será responsable de desarrollar y aplicar estrategias que garanticen el cumplimiento de todos los reglamentos y normas pertinentes.
Responsabilidades clave:
Liderazgo: Proporcionar liderazgo y dirección a la empresa en el desarrollo y la aplicación de los objetivos de seguridad y medio ambiente.
Desarrollo de políticas: Desarrollar y aplicar políticas y procedimientos para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros empleados, así como la protección del medio ambiente.
Planificación: Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias para alcanzar los objetivos corporativos de seguridad y medio ambiente.
Cumplimiento: Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los reglamentos y normas pertinentes en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente.
Formación: Desarrollar e impartir programas de formación para educar a los empleados en las mejores prácticas de seguridad y medioambientales.
Gestión de riesgos: Identificar y mitigar los riesgos potenciales para la seguridad y el medio ambiente dentro de la organización.
Gestión de la calidad: Desarrollar y aplicar sistemas de gestión de la calidad para garantizar los más altos niveles de seguridad y protección medioambiental.
Requisitos:
Key Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior safety and environmental management role.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, planning, and policy development skills. Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and standards.

Requisitos clave:

Formación: Se requiere una licenciatura en un campo relevante. Se prefiere un máster.
