Para nuestro Departamento de Ventas en AutoForm Engineering México .

Responsabilidades

Marketing (Todas las regiones):

Crear el “awareness de la marca AutoForm” Segmentación de mercado y todas las actividades del proceso de Marketing Desarrollo de Leads para convertir a prospectos para ventas (Lead Qualification) Generar nuevos contactos

Ventas (Región Norte):

Generar oportunidades en clientes nuevos y existentes Elaborar cotizaciones en ABAS Organizar y hacer presentaciones y pre-ventas de sus cuentas Desarrollo de prospectos para convertirlos a clientes Mantenimiento a clientes actuales para hacerlos crecer Gestionar las renovaciones de licencias Participar en la junta general semanal y en la de ventas Elaborar los planes de venta por cliente Elaborar los reportes de viaje y visita de clientes/prospectos en tiempo y forma Cumplir con las normas y requerimientos de la empresa

El perfil que buscamos

Conocimientos y experiencia sólidos de mercadotecnia y ventas. (venta de intangibles preferentemente. NO SEGUROS)  Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, gestión y negociación Deseo de ser el dueño de los proyectos y superar las expectativas, con la capacidad de encontrar soluciones y entregar resultados dentro de una cultura rápidamente cambiante, emprendedora e impulsada por la tecnología Excelente capacidad de comunicación y de escucha para relacionarse con las partes internas y externas Actitud positiva y muy buen trabajo en equipo Licenciatura o Maestría en ingeniería y/o administración de empresas o carrera afin Inglés fluido considerando aspectos técnicos y de negocios
