Remote Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We seek an enthusiastic and skilled Remote Sales Representative focusing on Public Claims Adjusting services to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a knack for identifying and engaging potential leads within the commercial property sector, including painters, general contractors, water mitigation companies, roofers, and flooring companies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, the ability to work independently, and previous experience in sales or customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact and establish relationships with potential referral partners and direct leads, setting the stage for our public adjuster to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential leads and referral partners, focusing on commercial property sectors and relevant contractors.
  • Utilize a soft approach to build a strong relationship from the first contact.
  • Schedule appointments for the public adjuster to meet with potential clients or partners, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Manage and follow up on leads from our website, referral partners, and other sources, overcoming the challenge of making our services easily found by homeowners.
  • Use Google Chrome and company-provided email to conduct research and communication.
  • Utilize provided literature, marketing materials, and copy-paste language to support outreach effectively and engagement efforts.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and progress with leads and partners in our CRM system.


Requirements Qualifications:
  • Exceptional proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, dynamics, and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is a big plus.
