Your Role
As the Marketing Manager, your mission is to execute our global marketing strategy in Mexico. You'll ensure seamless localisation and execution of our top-notch marketing initiatives, driving unparalleled success in the Mexican market.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead business growth in one of our high-growth markets. Collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders and partners, both internal and external, you'll be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.
Core Roles and Responsibilities
Manage PR relationships and activities, coordinating campaigns and ensuring effective collaboration with PR partners. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers, including managing partnerships with Walmart Connect. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, identifying relevant influencers and measuring campaign impact. Ensure accurate reconciliation of marketing budgets and provide financial reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with design and digital teams to create digital assets aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee inventory and stock levels of marketing materials, coordinating with suppliers for timely distribution. Lead and support the Community Manager team, ensuring productivity and success in executing marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
3+ years of experience in brand or digital marketing, ideally with proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a global or remote environment. Strategic thinking coupled with a curiosity for innovation.
