Role Overview: As Service Contract Management Agent you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and optimizing service delivery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and clients. Responsibilities: Contract Management: Draft, monitor, and review contracts across various verticals and scales. Provide essential contract management services, including resolving conflicts, and renewing contracts. Ensure suppliers conform to contractual terms, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Identify areas of opportunity for maximizing commercial and service benefits while minimizing risk. Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field Up to 2 years of contract management experience Advanced English language to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ability to analyze complex contractual terms and identify risks.
