Role and Responsibilities

The Site & Email Marketing Coordinator to Dockers will be a key member of the Dockers digital team, overseeing demand generation in our owned ecommerce and on 3rd party sites across Latam. Working together with 3rd party providers as well as internal LS&Co. teams will be key to delivering continuous improvement on our traffic and in our demand generation KPIs

Strategic Leadership: Contribute significantly to the future roadmap of Dockers' Email channel, devising strategies to augment demand generation and drive growth.

Demand Generation Oversight: Lead demand generation initiatives on Email channel. Oversee day-to-day operations and meticulously plan and supervise all Email flows across the region.

Performance Evaluation and Strategy: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Email channel meticulously. Based on insightful analysis, formulate and propose robust strategies to amplify channel performance and engagement.

Vendor Relations and Payments Management: Manage vendor relationships and facilitate payments to our marketing providers. Ensure timely creation and follow-through of agreements to guarantee seamless operations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required – specialization in business, operations or e-commerce preferred

3+ years of work experience in demand generation for e-commerce, ideally with experience in the email channel. 

Fluent in English and Spanish 

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in managing email marketing tools, with experience in Klaviyo considered a valuable asset.

Proven track record in demand generation across both paid and organic channels.

Familiarity and hands-on experience with diverse e-commerce platforms, particularly advantageous if experienced with Vtex or Shopify.

Self-motivated individual with a penchant for data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.

Comfortable working within agile work processes and possessing a 'test and learn' mentality.

Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at fostering relationships and effectively partnering with both third-party and internal teams.

Prior experience in the apparel or branded consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
