  • Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante prospección y networking con usuario final para múltiples industrias, posicionando soluciones tecnológicas de valor.
  • Utilizar técnicas de venta consultiva para posicionar nuestras soluciones y servicios de tecnología como ofertas personalizadas.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan estratégico de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.
  • Identificar a los tomadores de decisiones clave dentro de las organizaciones de los clientes y construir relaciones para impulsar oportunidades de venta.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con arquitectos técnicos y de soluciones para elaborar propuestas convincentes que aborden las necesidades del cliente.
  • Monitorizar tendencias de la industria, actividades de competidores y demandas del mercado para adaptar y refinar la estrategia de ventas.

  • Disponibilidad para trasladarse o ubicarse en Ciudad Juárez.
  • Historial comprobado en ventas consultivas de tecnología mínimo de 5 años, con enfoque en ciberseguridad, redes, soluciones en la nube o cualquier clase de servicio administrado (XaaS).
  • Familiaridad con marcas líderes como Cisco, Vmware, Azure, AWS, Fortinet, Sophos. HP, Extreme Networks, entre otras.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y cierre.
  • Conocimiento técnico y capacidad para comprender y comunicar conceptos técnicos complejos.
  • Colaborar eficazmente con equipos interdisciplinarios, incluyendo expertos técnicos y arquitectos de soluciones.
  • Esquema de comisiones 50/50 mensuales.
