Requisitos:

  • De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en operaciones de soporte informático.                                        
  • Instalación de sistemas operativos Windows
  • Instalación de software y solución de problemas
  • Active Directory, SCCM
  • Gestión de parches y administración de servidores
  • DHCP, DNS, RDP, Instalación de impresoras
  • Problemas con Outlook / O365
  • Gestión de licencias de software
  • Sistemas de solución de problemas de hardware, software, problemas del sistema operativo.
  • Hábil en la instalación de software y solución de problemas.
  • Conocimientos en Av & patch Management.
  • Administración de Windows Server.
  • Windows Active Directory y SCCM.
