Requisitos:
- De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en operaciones de soporte informático.
- Instalación de sistemas operativos Windows
- Instalación de software y solución de problemas
- Active Directory, SCCM
- Gestión de parches y administración de servidores
- DHCP, DNS, RDP, Instalación de impresoras
- Problemas con Outlook / O365
- Gestión de licencias de software
- Sistemas de solución de problemas de hardware, software, problemas del sistema operativo.
- Hábil en la instalación de software y solución de problemas.
- Conocimientos en Av & patch Management.
- Administración de Windows Server.
- Windows Active Directory y SCCM.
