How will you make an impact with this role?
As part of the Digital Acquisitions team, the candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external acquisition projects end to end, candidate must be capable of researching and implementing impactful projects to improve the customer and prospect journey to acquire American Express products.
In terms of UX (User Experience), candidate will be on charge to improve ease of use and create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-user problems by conducting in-person user test to observe behavior, developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs and collaborating with different areas to create intuitive and user-friendly journeys.
As of project management, the role requires to plan, execute, and deliver projects and implementations for key strategies and drive successful execution for our projects. The candidate should understand the business needs, manage the expectations, and successfully deliver according to the business goals.
Responsibilities:
-Discover and manage end to end projects and initiatives from a User Experience perspective.
-Analyze and understand sales workflows based on Key performance metrics for success.
-Responsible for maintaining communication and alignment with key team members and stakeholders to provide status, detect potential risks and to meet deadlines.
-Evaluating existing sites and products for usability.
-Organizing, creating, and running user testing to prove hypothesis based on business goals.
-Exploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users feedback.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in project managing preferably digital projects.
-English at advanced level.
-Ability to implement and develop efficient project management workflow processes and performance research.
-Extensive experience utilizing good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Problem-solving aptitude.
-General understanding of data integrations between systems and information flow.
-Analytical mind with a business acumen.
-Certification in Project Management Methodologies is preferred.
-Testing methodologies certification is preferred.
