Job Posting:

This position coordinates Human Resources activities in their area of responsibility (Area Consist of 3 to 4 facilities), which include employment, benefits training, labor relations, company policies and procedures, and coordination of overall training/ development efforts. This position works closely with Area Manager of Manufacturing, Area Manager of Engineering, Plant Managers and Plant Engineers to implement key strategies for the Division. This position is the Team Leader for Supply Chain HR and works directly with the Director Human Resources Internal Manufacturing to develop HR processes and strategies. Establish control -related standards and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Team Leader for all HR Functions in Supply Chain Internal Manufacturing. Takes direction on HR strategies and communicates to all facilities in his area.

- Ensure that staffing requirements are met in assigned areas of responsibility

- Monitors Employee Relations, adherence to all Supply Chain Policies, and Open Door Policy and opinion survey administration

- Control Human Resources related costs, turnover, unemployment charges, and employment related litigation and department budgets for designated area

- Coordinate overall training and development efforts for Supply Chain and insure consistency with Corporate-wide initiatives

- Works closely with Kontoor Corporate to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

- Direct communication with direct and indirect employees in all matters

Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Engineering or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR business partnering role or HR Generalist role.

- Ability to engage with management and Employee Relations to address opportunities and needs following Kontoor Values.

- Fluency in the English and Spanish languages (written and spoken)
