As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Sensient, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, managing your own portfolio of valued customers and driving their success. What you’ll do:
Provide customer support by answering technical information about the products and its proper use. Close sales and proceed with orders, customer records and all required documentation. Follow-up on samples for development projects and address any issues or needs to the technical team. Prepare monthly sales report of the assigned customer portfolio. Identify prospective customers and upselling opportunities.What you’ll bring:
Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Cosmetology a plus. Previous sales experience. English skills will be considered a differential. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner along with good communication skills. Experience in working both autonomously and in a teamWhat you’ll get:
