- Gestión y dominio de procesos, políticas y estándares
- Indicadores de productividad en procesos y recursos internos
- Solución de incidentes y comunicación áreas interdisciplinarias

- Auditorías y controles interno
- Coaching y coordinación actividades del coach
- Crear estrategias con enfoque en Servicios al consumidor

Experiência:

- Mínima de 5 años en Retail
- Administración de personal
- Ventas generales en productos de consumo deseable deportivos
- Conocimientos avanzados en computación (Paquetería office)
