En NIKE estamos buscamos al mejor talento para desempeñarse como gerente de tienda en nuestra tienda de Company Store CDMX.

Buscamos el mejor talento para dirigir y controlar la operación total de la tienda, incluyendo la exhibición del producto para alcanzar objetivos anuales de venta y rentabilidad así como asegurar el crecimiento del negocio de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.

Funciones Principales:

- Gestionar y ejecutar estrategia de ventas, margen, ejecución en piso de venta.
- Comunicación dentro de tienda, entrenamiento y coaching de staff y dominio de todas las Políticas y procedimientos.
- Gestión estratégica de talento.
- Gestión de gastos y planificación de labor hours y organización de tienda a nível equipo y staff.
- Mapeo de talento.
- Validar horarios semanales del equipo y aprobar todos los movimientos del equipo de staff.
- Decisión sobre compensación y beneficios.
- Planificación de negocio: crear la visión para el negocio (marca, atletas, consumidores).
- Crear planes de ataque para oportunidades de crecimiento del negocio.
- Conocer su perfil de consumidor, zona de mercado y estrategias de la competencia. organizar y liderar juntas mensuales con el equipo de tienda.

Experiência:

- Mínima de 5 años en Retail
- Administración de personal
- Ventas generales en productos de consumo deseable deportivos
- Conocimientos avanzados en computación (Paquetería office)
