Service Controller is the co-pilot of the Head of Service AMN. Service Controlling is providing all financial data, reports, KPIs to enable the Head of Service AMN to steer the technical customer service department of AMN (US, MX, CA). At the same time the position of the service controller is the link between the business department (technical customer service team) and the finance team.

 

  • Responsible for monthly financial service reporting and KPI tracking (Revenue, Cost, Cost centers, working hours, presentations, etc)
  • Develop and prepare adhoc reports and variance analysis for management
  • Prepare yearly budget, monthly forecasts and last estimates for service area AMN
  • Responsible for correct value flows service area in SAP R/3, SAP 4/Hana, Cognos and its reporting tools and its correction in case of discrepancies
  • Business Partner for service department AMN, especially for the Head of Service AMN.
  • Develop internal guidelines
  • Develop and drive further development of ERP and BI Tools
  • Contribute to the permanent process optimization within finance and service area.
  • Evaluation of service pricing / - models and its development.

 

 





Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent Lorem ipsum
  • +5years of finance experience – analytical area
  • Sound experience with SAP R/3, SAP 4/Hana, BH3 and MS Office applications (powerpoint, excel,..)
  • sound English, Spanish language skills
