As a Talent Acquisition Tech Lead, you play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment strategies and technological frameworks that attract top talent to our organization. Talent Acquisition - Technical Lead is an essential component of the Human Resources team, tasked with the strategic and dynamic recruitment of technical professionals. This role demands an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adept at navigating change, ensuring the continuous alignment of talent acquisition with the company's evolving needs.
About the Role:
As the Talent Acquisition - Technical Lead,
You will drive the development and implementation of innovative recruiting strategies, steer a dedicated team of recruiters, and partner closely with department leaders. Your leadership will be instrumental in securing the technical expertise necessary to propel the organization forward in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
Devise and implement cutting-edge technical recruiting strategies to fulfill organizational hiring objectives.
Direct and cultivate a team of recruiters, setting clear objectives and fostering an environment conducive to their professional growth.
Work together with hiring managers to understand nuanced job requirements and devise precise job descriptions.
Utilize a wide array of sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Oversee the candidate selection process, guaranteeing a stellar candidate experience throughout.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to refine the recruitment process and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Engage in candidate negotiations, ensuring alignment with the company's compensation framework and values.
Ensure compliance with all pertinent legal and organizational guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
About You:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of experience in leading technical recruiting teams.
Demonstrates a proven track record in attracting and securing technical talent in a high-growth and fast-paced setting.
Exhibits exceptional leadership skills with experience in nurturing and progressing a recruitment team.
Outstanding communication abilities in both Spanish and English, paired with the capability to engage effectively with a diverse array of candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in the latest recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Upholds a strong ethical stance in recruitment practices, with a commitment to confidentiality.
Extensive knowledge of the tech sector, up to date with hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.
Superior reporting skills, with the ability to generate comprehensive reports and provide insights that inform decision-making.
Demonstrates adaptability to change, with a flexible approach to shifting priorities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong customer focus, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the business and its clients, and to translate those needs into effective recruitment strategies.
A commitment to accountability, with the discipline to take ownership of the recruitment process and the decisiveness to make informed decisions that benefit the organization.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
