**Objetivo del rol**:
- Liderar y desarrollar las estrategias del Equipo de Reclutamiento con el fin de encontrar al mejor talento para nuestra organización.
**Requirements**:
- De 4 a 5 años de experiência realizando reclutamiento de perfiles medios y altos en volumen.
- De 2 a 3 años de experiência liderando equipos de reclutamiento.
- Capacidad para compartir estrategias proactivas de reclutamiento.
- Conocimiento de búsquedas booleanas y LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Gestión integral de los procesos, flujos de trabajo y manejo de KPI.
- Habilidades de planificación y organización
Principales funciones
- Diseñar, planificar e implementar estrategias de atracción del talento Tech y Digital en Mexico & LATAM, posicionando a nuestro cliente como una marca empleadora referente del sector.
- Construir un proceso y una estrategia para atraer personas que son referentes o líderes del sector Fintech de Mexico & LATAM con el objetivo de crear los mejores equipos y a adquirir conocimientos y experiência estratégicas del sector.
- Organizar eventos para atraer a los mejores talentos al ecosistema del cliente y de Multiplica.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad de mapas de mercado / Benchmarks con información util y actualizada para atraer al mejor talento de Mexico & LATAM del sector Fintech.
- Intercambiar regularmente y colaborar estrechamente en la estrategia de reclutamiento, las políticas de contratación, los objetivos, los KPI y las adaptaciones conceptuales con el negocio y el equipo.
- Promover el Employer Branding externo e interno de la empresa (mercado de trabajo interno,Ferias de empleo, Alumni, entrega de contenidos / org.)
- Proporcionar orientación funcional a nuestro equipo de reclutamiento (interno) y liderar con el ejemplo.
- Elaboración periódica de informes de KPI de contratación y planificación del presupuesto de contratación, así como planificación de la mano de obra
- Gestionar nuestra asociación externa con los proveedores
- Dar seguimiento, lineamientos y claridad al equipo de reclutamiento.
- Prestar un servicio al cliente impecable con los diferentes stakeholders.
- Generar reportes de status de las búsquedas activas y cumplir con los SLA (Service Level agreements) definidos.
