El Gerente de Relaciones con MME es una función profesional de un empleado en desarrollo. Se ocupa de la mayoría de los problemas de forma independiente y tiene cierta libertad para resolver problemas complejos. Integra conocimientos sólidos del área de especialidad con una comprensión sólida de los estándares y las prácticas de la industria. Tiene buena comprensión del modo en que el equipo y el área interactúan con otros para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción/categoría del puesto. Aplica un pensamiento analítico y el conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos. Exige atención al detalle al realizar juicios y hacer recomendaciones en función del análisis de información fáctica. En general, debe lidiar con temas variables con impacto potencial más amplio en los negocios. Aplica su juicio profesional al interpretar datos y resultados. Explica la información de manera sistemática y transmisible. Se requieren habilidades desarrolladas de comunicación y diplomacia para intercambiar información potencialmente compleja/sensible. Genera un impacto moderado pero directo mediante un contacto estrecho con las actividades principales de los negocios. La calidad y puntualidad de servicio suministrado afectarán la eficiencia del equipo propio y de equipos estrechamente relacionados.

Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia relevante. Gran conocimiento y comprensión de los procesos y productos bancarios comerciales. Conocimiento comprobable intermedio de habilidades de crédito y Detección de advertencia temprana. Comprensión comprobable intermedia de los principios contables, el modelado financiero y el análisis de estados financieros. Habilidad para trabajar con eficiencia en un entorno de equipo. Habilidad de liderazgo comprobada y excelentes habilidades interpersonales. Capacidad de comunicar puntos de vista con claridad y confianza. Capacidad de mantener contacto con partes interesadas clave para buscar de manera proactiva el aporte según corresponda. Atención al detalle con habilidades organizativas demostradas. Automotivación. Pasión por crear nuevas oportunidades comerciales con clientes existentes y capacidad de demostrar enfoques innovadores para cumplir con las necesidades del cliente. Capacidad para adoptar nuevas tecnologías y entender el rol de lo digital en la experiencia que brindamos a nuestros clientes. Mentalidad positiva con actitud entusiasta; disposición para hacer lo imposible por brindar un asesoramiento sólido y servicios eficaces a los clientes. Capacidad para anticipar pedidos/necesidades del cliente y resolver consultas de manera puntual, y aprovechar los recursos internos. Se requiere tener un sólido enfoque en el desarrollo de negocios y un enfoque innovador comprobable. Profesionalismo demostrable al ser confiable, contribuir de manera activa en las reuniones, formular preguntas y desafiar ideas.Educación:
