MISIÓN: Encargado de asegurar la correcta recopilación, procesamiento y administración de la data de todas las fuentes de datos disponibles, garantizando la ejecución de las mejores prácticas. Además, es embajador de la data y logra transmitir prioridades y su valor a equipos internos y agencias, con el fin de que logren el entendimiento de sus audiencias clave, que les permitan establecer y alcanzar objetivos de negocio basados en data, así como nutrir el análisis de consumidor con fuentes online y offline.

 

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Garantizar el éxito de actividades enfocadas en recolección de data anónima e identificada, en plataformas internas y de terceros, para todas las marcas a través de: Estandarización de procesos, entrenamientos, uso correcto de herramientas e implementación de nuevas, auditorías y seguimiento de KPIs. 
  • Asesora y genera audiencias de marca o multi-marca en plataformas como Sales Force, Google Analytics, Treasure Data, entre otras, buscando maximizar resultados a partir del uso de las audiencias de identificar insights a partir de la generación de audiencias across marcas Nestlé 
  • Generar, analizar e interpretar datos para apoyar en:

Entendimiento del consumidor
Desarrollo del tipologías de consumidor para audiencias
Detectar mejoras en la estrategia de comunicación

Impulse y optimice el data framework de Nestlé a través de plataformas como CDP

 

REQUISITOS:

  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en áreas de análisis de información y métricas digitales
  • Experiencia de 4 a 5 años en Áreas de Mercadotecnia, Publicidad, Comunicación, IT o analítica
  • Inglés Intermedio
  • Estudios concluidos en Lic. Mercadotecnia, Lic. Publicidad, Lic. Administración de Empresas, Lic. Comunicación, Lic. en Sistemas 
  • Contar con la certificación de Google Analytics necesario
  • Conocimiento previo con Sales Force
  • Pensamiento estratégico y analítico
  • Buen manejo de tiempo
  • Excel avanzado
  • Facilidad o conocimiento de conectividad en herramientas digitales – deseable
