Funciones:

Alcanza y/o supera los objetivos de ventas que le son establecidos en cada show para la edición determinada, ejecutando acciones comerciales efectivas de manera que asegure el ingreso requerido en cada evento. Identifica nuevas oportunidades de negocio respecto a empresas y/o mercados, prospectando, cerrando nuevos negocios para proveer clientes de primera vez y destacando valores agregados, así como diferenciando de sus competidores; para asegurar a la empresa los ingresos necesarios según los objetivos anuales. Crecer la inversión de sus clientes existentes, asesorándolos acerca de los beneficios de los servicios de la empresa para establecer una relación de lealtad con ellos a través del proceso de venta consultiva. Asegura la renovación de espacios según el plan de cada show / edición, negociando acuerdos que sean atractivos tanto para el cliente como para la empresa. Aplica correctamente las etapas de atracción y seguimiento de cuentas, respetando el proceso comercial establecido, reportando avances con el fin de ofrecer solidez en la ejecución adecuada de las acciones de ventas CRM (sales force). Administra correctamente su pipeline y lo mantiene actualizado. Escucha las necesidades de los clientes y las comparte internamente para que se puedan tomar decisiones que resuelvan dichas necesidades. Detecta y acciona oportunidades de venta cruzada generando lealtad y más negocio para la organización para que los clientes puedan participar en más de un show de Reed. Da seguimiento a sus clientes después de cerrar el negocio; trabajando con Customer Experience, cobranza y todas las áreas necesarias para asegurar la mejor experiencia de su cliente (Customer Journey).
